**The Job Role**

As Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the bid response process, developing and maintaining a knowledge base of ‘standard’ answers and templates, as well as identifying ways to improve the quality, consistency and efficiencyof the bid response process. This role also includes administration of their CRM solution, Salesforce as well as managing and overseeing Framework submissions such as G-Cloud and Digital Services.

To do this effectively you will need to liaise with other teams and senior stakeholders to ensure submissions are made on time and to the required quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source new opportunities for upload onto the sales CRM for assessment by Sales Leads
- Coordinate all parties involved in the bid process to ensure everyone is aware of the level of contribution expected of them and knows when their deadlines are
- Ownership of the end-to-end bid process, ensuring all timelines are met and that the bid submitted is complete and accurate, and best reflects Arcus’ services and capabilities
- Assist the sales lead in managing bid qualification for new opportunities
- Responsible for the quality of all aspects of the bid, including written documentation: ensuring all bid documentation is clear, concise and compelling
- Manage and oversee framework submissions to G-cloud, Digital Services and other Frameworks as they emerge
- System administration of sales CRM
- Management of the Tender Knowledge base
- Management of internal CRM for smooth running of formal and informal sales processes. Ensure everyone within the team is aware of processes
- Management of the bid support/sales admin team
