Customer Service Advisor – Sales at Jewson Overview Do you have a passion for working with people? Are you based in the Bideford area? Jewson a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor – Sales who is passionate about great service and sales. The role partners the trade by understanding and responding to our customer’s individual needs, delivering fast, focused and fantastic customer service that exceeds expectations. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships by providing the right solutions and maximizing sales and profitability. Responsibilities Understand our approach to pricing and seek out ways to maximize margin in a credible way. Support business initiatives to increase sales, margin & service as required. Acknowledge every customer, ascertain their needs and wow them with quick and efficient service. Ask open questions to build strong relationships and understand our customers' current and future requirements so we can support all their needs. Provide advice on products and solutions with particular attention to cross‑selling packages and services. Working Hours 07:00 to 16:30 or 07:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 08:00 – 12:00. Requirements Strong sales and customer service skills and experience. Resilience.
