You’ll work alongside an energetic team passionate about our product and engaging with customers driving an excellent experience in store. Responsibilities Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand while processing sales transactions with care. Ensure customers have a positive experience, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain housekeeping to a high standard, keeping the store healthy and safe. Provide customers with product information, including features, benefits and stock availability. Implement markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales. Keep product tidy and replenish as needed. Support merchandising product in accordance with guidelines. Process deliveries. Qualifications A warm and friendly manner that fits with our culture. A passion for selling and interacting with customers. Recognition of the importance of strong visual merchandising. Competent at till operations and cash/card handling. Experience in Retail desirable but not essential. Benefits Above statutory holiday – 33 days per year (inc. bank holidays) and after 5 years an extra 2 days; holiday pro‑rata for part‑time family members. Uniform allowance. 50% discount (off RRP) on all Saltrock products. Reporting to Store Manager Employment type: Full‑time (4‑hour contract temporary). Seniority level: Entry level. #J-18808-Ljbffr
