About the role: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN HLTA to work with pupils who have a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties. You will play a key role in: Supporting pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis Delivering targeted interventions and differentiated learning activities Assisting with EHCP planning and reviews Working closely with class teachers, SENCO, and external professionals Promoting independence, inclusion, and confidence in all learners Requirements Level 5 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent SEN-related qualification Proven experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting Knowledge of EHCP processes and strategies for supporting a range of additional needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A calm, patient, and resilient approach Please apply with your CV and a consultant will be in contact within 2 working days.
