Partnerships Account Executive

Role OverviewThe Partnerships Executive plays a vital supporting role within 54’s Partnerships & Activation team, helping to deliver world‑class sponsorship programmes for leading brands and rights holders.Key ResponsibilitiesActivation Planning & Delivery – support the creation, planning, and execution of activation programmes across digital, live event, and experiential activations; coordinate logistics for hospitality and VIP experiences; assist in production of digital and social content campaigns; liaise with venues and suppliers; provide on‑site support at events.Contractual Rights Delivery & Tracking – maintain and update rights management trackers; ensure all contractual rights and deliverables are delivered accurately and on time; coordinate approvals for creative assets and activations; support preparation of performance reports and campaign evaluations.Relationship Management – act as the day‑to‑day point of contact for clients and rights holders; support senior team members in maintaining strong relationships; help prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and review sessions; champion high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.Measurement & Insight – track and report on activation performance, including engagement metrics, media value, and guest feedback; contribute insights and ideas to enhance partnership value and future planning.Required Experience and Skills1–3 years’ experience in sponsorship, sports marketing, events, or brand partnerships (agency or rights‑holder side)Excellent organisational and project management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of engaging clients and suppliersDetail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyProficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with CRM or project‑tracking tools advantageousPassion for sport and understanding of sponsorship’s role in marketing and fan engagementProactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic; thrives in a fast‑moving, event‑driven environmentTeam‑oriented with strong accountability; creative thinker with practical problem‑solving skillsPositive, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional work for clientsSalary and BenefitsCompetitive salaryAnnual discretionary company bonus – up to 8%Pension schemeLife assurance and income protection25 days annual leave (+ public holidays), pro‑rated & birthday off; increased leave with years of serviceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Private healthcareEnhanced parental leaveStaff clothingWorking hours 09:00–17:30, with an hour lunch break between 12:00 and 14:00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
