Microsoft Power Apps Solution Architect - Contract We are looking for a Solution Architect specialising in Microsoft Power Platform. This remote contract role is open to applicants based in the UK. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Data Flows, etc.). Design end-to-end Power Platform solutions aligned with business and IT strategies. Define architecture standards, best practices, and governance models. Lead technical workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders. Create system architecture diagrams, data models, flowcharts and code‑review the team work. Develop in .Net/C#/Javascript/TypeScript etc. Implement custom workflow activities, plugins, PCF’s, business logic, workflows, and user interfaces. Required Skills Expert‑level knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse. Extensive experience in designing enterprise‑grade Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Strong understanding of Azure services, Microsoft 365, and integration patterns. Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform. Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable enterprise solutions. DevOps knowledge of pipelines, releases, user stories, and Power Shell scripts. Design solutions / Translate business requirements to technical solutions. Experience with Data Fabric. Managing a technical team and writing technical documents. Certification in PL‑400, PL‑600, MB‑210, MB‑220, MB‑230, MB‑240, and AZ‑900 are essential. Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
