DescriptionWe are seeking a Microsoft Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of modern automation and AI-driven solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of cloud, automation, and intelligent systems—architecting scalable Power Platform solutions while integrating advanced AI capabilities. You’ll work closely with enterprise clients, shape technical strategy, and guide delivery teams to build high-impact digital transformation outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesigning end-to-end architectures using Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and RPA technologiesIntegrating AI capabilities such as Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and virtual agentsLeading and mentoring Power Platform developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliveryWorking directly with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical designsSupporting presales conversations and contributing to reusable architectural patternsDeveloping and deploying cloud flows, desktop flows, custom connectors, and advanced automation solutionsEnsuring governance, security, and scalability across all solutionsSkills, Knowledge and Expertise5+ years of hands-on Power Platform experienceStrong expertise in Power Automate (cloud + desktop), API integrations, and custom connectorsExperience with AI integrations or agentic automation2+ years in a team lead or senior developer roleExcellent communication and client-facing skillsRelevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Solution Architect Expert)Why you should (& shouldn't) join Instant ImpactInstant Impact are talent specialists helping mid-sized businesses grow faster and hire smarter.
