We have an exciting opportunity for accomplished and ambitious New Business Managers to join our growing team. In this role you will promote "usership over ownership" to maximise sales opportunities across your territory, build a detailed picture of your local marketplace, and showcase our cutting‑edge vehicle and support services to help partners add value to their businesses. Responsibilities & Qualifications Generate new B2B business, self‑source opportunities, and prospect with a thoughtful approach. This is a new‑account focused role, not account management. Build and nurture a strong pipeline using versatile lead‑generation tactics such as cold‑calling, door‑knocking, vehicle spotting and research. Customize multi‑product/service solutions, prepare proposals and implementation documents to match each client’s unique needs. Act as a credible ambassador for the brand, cultivating profitable relationships with decision‑makers. Preferable experience in the light commercial vehicle market or contract hire; but key is self‑driven performance and aspiration for success. Compensation & Benefits Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum, enhanced by a fantastic commission scheme. On‑target earnings (OTE): £70,000, with top performers hitting a commission cap of £77,500. Company car or car allowance. Annual leave: 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service, plus an extra day for your birthday and all public holidays. Pension: generous employer contributions of 5%.
