We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor with strong TUPE expertise to join our team during an exciting phase of growth and transformation. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting managed service transitions and employee transfers, ensuring smooth, compliant, and people‑focused TUPE mobilisations. What you’ll do: Lead and support end‑to‑end TUPE processes — from due diligence and consultation to onboarding and post‑transfer integration. Partner with managers, employee representatives, and legal advisors to ensure every transfer runs seamlessly and in line with legislation. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders across the business, providing guidance on HR policy, performance, wellbeing, and engagement. Drive initiatives that enhance culture, talent development, and operational excellence. What you’ll bring: Proven experience managing TUPE transfers and mobilisations, ideally within managed services, telecoms, engineering, or logistics sectors. A strong HR generalist background (minimum 3 years), with confidence in employee relations, performance, and change management. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills. Why TXO?
