About the Company We are a newly established and fast‑growing design and construction company specialising in residential projects — including custom homes, duplexes, extensions, and renovations across Sydney. Our team includes experienced builders and an in‑house designer, allowing us to deliver integrated design‑build solutions with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and detail. About the Role Due to continued growth of the business, we are currently seeking a highly motivated Graduate / Site Engineer to join our Sydney team. In this role, you will work directly under the guidance of the Director and collaborate closely with our in‑house designer. You will receive step‑by‑step mentorship and gain hands‑on exposure to all stages of construction — from site setup to project completion. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary technical point of contact on‑site, interpreting detailed design drawings and specifications. Supervise and manage daily on‑site works to ensure productivity, safety, and quality. Coordinate with the in‑house designer and subcontractors to ensure design intent is accurately delivered on site. Maintain accurate site records, including site diaries, progress reports, and quality documentation. Conduct regular site safety inspections and proactively identify and mitigate potential hazards. Monitor and report on project progress against construction schedules and budgets. Requirements & Experience Fluent in Mandarin (speaking). Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil or Structural Engineering. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Willingness and ability to complete manual work on site when required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to work both independently and within a team environment.
