Carry out additional duties aligned with your skills and capabilities. Continuous Professional Development Engage in ongoing CPD to stay current with learning trends and best practices. What you will bring to the role: Essential: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and consistency. Enthusiasm for learning and development, with a focus on continuous improvement. Desirable: Prior experience in a Learning & Development or HR environment and use of ‘Access learning’ LMS. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and professional qualification bodies (e.g., CII, CISI, Fitch Learning). Experience working in a global or matrixed organisation.
