Head of Sales Join to apply for the Head of Sales role at V12 Sports And Classics Ltd. Location: Midlands and Notts Salary: Competitive basic + performance-based bonus Benefits: Company Car, Fuel Card, Pension We are seeking a highly motivated & experienced Head of Sales to lead and develop our sales team in a fast‑paced, high-volume car supermarket environment. With over 1,300 cars sold monthly, this role is suited to a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and a track record of delivering results. Key Responsibilities Drive volume, revenue, and profitability across all sites Develop and execute a high‑performing sales strategy Lead, coach, and motivate a large sales team to achieve targets Monitor and manage performance using key KPIs Ensure an exceptional customer experience and drive retention Maximise finance and value‑added product penetration Maintain high standards of stock presentation and manage aged inventory Use CRM and digital tools to streamline the sales process What We’re Looking For Minimum 5+ years in a senior automotive sales leadership role Experience in a high‑volume dealership or car supermarket environment Proven track record in hitting and exceeding sales targets Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills Excellent commercial awareness and data‑driven decision making Understanding of the used car market and customer buying behaviours Proficient in CRM and lead management systems Performance Focus Areas Sales volume and revenue delivery Stock turn and aged stock management Gross profit per unit and total profit contribution Appointment and lead conversion rates Customer satisfaction and retention Team productivity and performance What We Offer Competitive salary with performance‑based bonus Company car and fuel card Pension scheme Opportunity to join a growing, ambitious business with real progression If you’re ready to lead from the front and make a big impact, apply today.
