If you have established account management experience within an agency environment, enjoy leading client relationships, and thrive in a collaborative, supportive team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you The Role As a Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients and act as the senior point of contact for day‑to‑day account management. Your key responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring clear and effective communication of strategies and tactics Overseeing the day‑to‑day management of client accounts, keeping clients informed and up to date Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver the best results for clients Reviewing activity and account performance, constantly looking for ways to evolve and improve outcomes Managing multiple client projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality Understanding diverse markets and cultural nuances to drive international success What We’re Looking For Someone who: Has experience managing client relationships within a marketing or digital agency Possesses strong digital marketing knowledge (organic, paid, or both) and stays up to date with industry trends Communicates clearly and confidently, whether over email, calls, or in‑person meetings Brings a problem‑solving and entrepreneurial mindset Can get the best out of teams across multiple disciplines Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail Has a commercial mindset and an interest in driving business growth Enjoys learning and continuously improving their skills Has an interest in other cultures and connecting with audiences across international markets Why Join?
