It is the only low secure unit within Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This 15‑bed male‑only low‑secure unit supports patients who have a forensic history, catering to adults aged 18‑65 with severe and enduring mental health difficulties. Applications are invited from highly motivated and dynamic candidates who have a ‘can do’ attitude. This role will afford the successful candidate the opportunity to work as part of a supportive team focused on delivering high standards of care. Key Responsibilities Deliver care within a 24‑hour inpatient setting. Work unsociable hours inclusive of nights, weekends, public holidays and shift patterns. Self‑rostering and managing shift duties. Provide outstanding and compassionate care within a multidisciplinary team for patients with severe mental health difficulties and a forensic history.
