We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Band 5 to Band 6 Developmental Role. We are now implementing a locality hub approach to the service so we can enable more localised ways of working, in support of the community transformation model. As Band 5 practitioner you will want to develop your skills to become a band 6 practitioner. A comprehensive and tailored developmental plan will be designed with the post holder depending on training development needs identified. You will be part of a locality team responsible for a designated caseload of patients who have been identified as experiencing their first episode of psychosis within that locality. You will work as part of our integrated multi-disciplinary team, and participate in the clinical decision-making process to determine the most appropriate management plans for all service users who are under the care of the team. We are looking to recruit individuals who are motivated and enthusiastic.
