What You'll Be Doing Lead quality clinical practice and ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards. Conduct regular clinical audits, risk assessments, and reflective practice sessions. Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to nursing and care staff. Collaborate with external professionals and contribute to strategic planning. Support strategic decision‑making with the home and deputy manager. Lead our support and inclusion groups within the homes community. Minimum 6 months leadership experience in a clinical setting Significant experience in mental health, ideally in acute or rehabilitation inpatient settings. Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act, MCA, DoLS, and safeguarding legislation Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Experience in care home settings Training in PBS, trauma‑informed care, or similar frameworks. Postgraduate qualification in mental health or leadership preferred.
