The East Neighbourhood Mental Health Team (NMHT) is a lively multi-disciplinary community based team. We provide specialist assessment, treatment and care to working age adults with severe mental illness, based at Brighton General Hospital.We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker with existing experience and knowledge of supporting adults with complex mental health conditions.This is an exciting time for community mental health services as we transform to a new, integrated, neighbourhood model with our primary care and voluntary sector partners.
