Base pay range Digital Marketing Manager – ecommerce (food) – Salary up to £47k (hybrid) Are you a data-driven digital marketer with a passion for food? Our client is looking for a hands-on, intelligent Marketer with strong digital experience and a passion for food and community. You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing a marketing strategy that drives growth, builds trust, and elevates the brand across digital channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimise customer journeys across web and email, aligned to key personas Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance on-site experience Own email marketing strategy, including automated flows and campaign execution (Klaviyo) Drive seasonal campaigns and product promotions across site and email Build cross-sell/up-sell systems to connect complementary products Manage influencer partnerships to expand reach and reinforce brand values Ensure all communications reflect the brand’s core pillars and integrity Skills & Experience Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within FMCG or food Strong Shopify and Klaviyo skills Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills and KPI-driven decision making Experience personalising customer journeys and communications Confidence working across Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms Excellent communication and collaboration skills 28 days holiday (20 + 8 bank holidays) Company pension (NEST) Free annual eye test + allowance for specialist eyewear Fantastic company culture, autonomy and opportunities for growth Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing Industries Marketing Services, Food and Beverage Retail, and Online and Mail Order Retail Spotlight Recruitment is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
