This position offers a unique opportunity to lead in a fast-paced, regulated environment with significant exposure to trading, clearing, and settlement operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead all financial operations, including reporting, forecasting, risk management, and capital planningOversee the finance team and drive continuous improvements in systems, controls, and reporting standardsEnsure regulatory compliance across all financial processes, including FCA and other applicable frameworksProvide strategic insight on business performance, cost management, and profitability initiativesPartner with the CEO and Board to guide investment strategy, business planning, and operational decision-makingSupport funding requirements, capital adequacy, and liquidity planningBuild and manage relationships with auditors, investors, and regulatory stakeholdersContribute to the firm’s growth and scalability through financial analysis and business partneringCandidate Profile:ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with extensive post-qualified experienceStrong background in financial services, ideally with exposure to brokerage, trading, or execution servicesProven track record in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within a regulated environmentDeep understanding of financial controls, capital reporting, and regulatory frameworksExceptional commercial acumen and ability to influence at Board levelStrong interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style #J-18808-Ljbffr
