In this role, you will support the Home Manager in the daily running of the home, leading and inspiring the care team while ensuring residents receive the highest standards of personalised care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference and help shape the future of care at Deeside.What We Offer£22.00 per hourContracted to 44 hours per weekPension scheme, Paid PVG, Free uniform5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)What You Will DoAs Clinical Lead, work closely with the Home Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the home.Lead and motivate the care team, providing clear guidance and support to ensure every resident receives safe, dignified, and person-centred care.Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals, promoting open communication and trust.Oversee training and staff development, encouraging professional growth and high performance across the team.Lead with compassion and professionalism to create a positive culture that supports both staff and residents to thrive.About YouRegistered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PINExperience in elderly care within a care home or similar settingStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to inspire, train, and develop staffPassionate about delivering outstanding, resident-focused careAbout UsDeeside Care Home is part of Care Concern Group, a family-owned, market-leading care provider with over 100 homes across the UK.
