Clinical Operations Lead CK Group is recruiting a Clinical Operations Lead on a 6‑month contract basis. Salary Per day: £450 - £500 (umbrella) or £339.27 - £376.97 PAYE basic Role Ensures the timely and efficient delivery of all operational aspects of one or more studies through all phases and stages (start‑up, conduct, and close‑down). Represents the UK on the global study team. Responsible for site relations and recruitment in the country of origin. Provides direction and leadership to the local study team, including Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), to ensure delivery of the study. Drives study timelines, budget, risk, and operational study plans including inclusive research or diversity plans, while ensuring quality and compliance. Background Experience with all stages of UK studies (phase I‑IV, start‑up, and close‑out). Study‑start‑up experience preferred. Experience with contracts and costing templates. Study management experience within the pharmaceutical industry preferred. A relevant Life Science degree (preferred).
