About the Role The Brokerage Officer will act as a source of information, advice and support for service users, carers, families and partners, to enable them to make the right choice of placement to support the individual’s needs and care requirements. The Brokerage Officer will inform service users, carers and partners of their rights and contractual obligations and will deliver appropriate standards and achieve value for money in the procurement and delivery of services. Responsibilities Source, negotiate and broker all care placement, extra care and domiciliary care packages for service users with more complex needs within and outside the established framework. Qualifications Excellent communication skills. Good IT skills. Experienced manager, used to working in a fast‑paced team.
