Chief of Staff (12 month maternity cover) - Pinnacle Pet Group Join Pinnacle Pet UK as the Chief of Staff to partner with our CEO and Executive Leadership Team for a 12‑month maternity cover. This senior strategic role is critical to driving our business agenda, managing priorities, and ensuring operational excellence across our UK and European entities. Location Hybrid – London Paddington office 2‑3 days per week. Travel to the EU will also be required. Start date March 2026 Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, shaping strategic decisions and initiatives. Coordinate and oversee company‑wide projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage the CEO’s office operations, streamline workflows, and facilitate leadership meetings. Prepare board and shareholder materials, and represent the CEO in key engagements. Lead special projects and drive cross‑functional collaboration across diverse geographies. Wish List Of Your Previous Experience Extensive experience in the Financial Services sector at a global level, with a strong preference for expertise within the insurance industry. A strong background in consulting is highly desirable. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage change effectively. Exceptional communication, project management, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, complex environment and deliver strategic impact.
