We’re now sold in 40+ markets with millions of users worldwide. The Role We’re looking for an ambitious and determined strategic mind to join our London team as Chief of Staff. You’ll partner with our VP of Growth to manifest the Nothing vision into reality, focusing on operations and implementation of strategy. Your role involves assisting executives in decision‑making, program management, and initiative implementation. You will oversee strategic business initiatives, build world‑class organizational capabilities, improve processes, and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities Streamline strategic initiatives, oversee program management, and drive company business initiatives from ideation to implementation. Collaborate with the VP of Growth to determine and prioritize business strategies. Promote team integration and cross‑functional communication and collaboration. Provide analysis, recommendations, and options to the VP of Growth regarding high‑impact decisions and assess risk. Proactively follow up with the leadership team on goal attainment and provide actionable recommendations for improvements. Manage key relationships and track and nurture internal & external stakeholders. Respond to key inquiries on behalf of the VP of Growth. Identify process improvements to increase organizational efficiency. Support quarterly strategy planning and risk management processes. Explore technology frontier by bridging strategic partnerships in AI, robotics, and related fields. Build business partnerships with cornerstone partners in key regions. Participate in fundraising and work with investors to build strategic partnerships. Lead collaboration with leading brands in tech, fashion, music, and art. Requirements 8‑10 years of proven success in a business‑management role, with exposure to executive‑level collaboration and communication. Experienced in planning and leading strategic initiatives, data analysis, and budget management. Comfortable working across different cultural contexts. Strong project‑management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Preferred experience at tier‑1 management consulting or investment banking firms. Fluent in Mandarin. Passion for tech products or the consumer‑tech industry. Bachelor’s degree (or above) in business administration or a related field. Ability to travel 25% of the year.
