You'll play a key role in supporting learners to achieve their full potential while ensuring compliance with the Welsh Government, awarding bodies, Estyn’s Common Inspection Framework, and ACT’s own standards.No assessor qualification? No problemIf you bring the enthusiasm and commitment to learning, we’ll support you every step of the way to gain your assessor qualification. All we ask is that you’re ready to inspire others.The role is field based and will require the Assessor to deliver across routes, however, the trainer will be directly line managed by the Health & Social Care Route Manager.ACT is committed to promoting the Welsh language for both staff and learners, and whilst it is not considered essential criteria, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role. JOB REQUIREMENTSAt least 2 years occupational experience within the Health & Social Care sector (minimum of 2 years)Min. Level 3 occupational qualification or equivalent (in Health & Social Care)A Valid UK driving Licence and access to a vehiclePassionate about training/learning with strong creativityAbility to develop othersExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to prioritise and manage own workloadAssessor qualification (or willingness to complete) #J-18808-Ljbffr
