Join us and become part of a company that is dedicated to your growth, well-being, and success.About the roleOur Trainee Assessors provide end-to-end structured support to our apprenticeship learners on the programme. They ensure the most effective and up-to-date approaches are implemented to prepare learners to successfully progress in their Health and Social Care qualification. Our apprenticeship program provides learners with hands-on training and theoretical knowledge in Health and Social Care, equipping them with essential skills for a successful career in the industry.Your impactEnsure the highest training standards by adapting to learner needs.Cover a regional area and travel to learners' workplaces for assessments.Complete Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and outline personalised learning pathways.Reference and evaluate evidence collected in the workplace to meet key skill requirements.Maintain accurate records of learner attendance and guided contact hours, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.Contribute to the planning, monitoring, and achievement of set performance targets.Arrange additional training through day release and provide in-house training support as needed.Keep detailed records of clients' achievements to meet the performance criteria established by relevant awarding bodies.What are we looking for?EssentialProven occupational experience and technical competence in Health and Social Care delivery.Full driving license and access to a vehicle.Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company) and EWC registration.Welsh speaking is desirable.What’s in it for you?At Itec, our employees have access to several great benefits, including 30 days of annual leave (rising with length of service), a health care scheme, 35 hours of working week, discounts for retail and gym membership, a profit-sharing scheme, life insurance, employee of the month awards, length of service recognition, and much more.Itec operates as an equal opportunities employer, we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and ensure equal opportunities inclusive of gender, ethnicity, disability, or other protected characteristics.Apply early, as we may close the vacancy once we have enough suitable applicants.
