We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our dynamic resourcing team and play a vital role in supporting recruitment across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset, looking to build or grow a career in recruitment. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Dartford HQ (DA26SN) Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing Talent Acquisition team, you will help ensure that candidates have a great experience, and that recruitment runs smoothly behind the scenes. From general coordination and system updates, to supporting campaigns and reporting, this is a hands‑on, fast‑paced administrative role where attention to detail really matters. If you are enthusiastic, well‑organised, and ready to make an impact, we would love to hear from you. What will the role look like? Providing administrative support across the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination. Keeping our recruitment systems (ATS) up to date and ensuring data is accurate and well‑maintained. Supporting the posting of job adverts and helping ensure content aligns with brand and tone guidelines. Assisting with recruitment reporting and tracking to help inform decision‑making. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors and stakeholders across the business to provide a smooth and responsive service. What skills & experience are we looking for? We are looking for an organised and detail‑focused administrator with a collaborative, can‑do approach. Previous administrative or HR support experience (recruitment experience desirable but not essential). Strong time management and coordination skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, customer‑focused mindset. Confidence working with digital systems and a willingness to learn new tools (experience with an ATS is a plus). High levels of accuracy, professionalism, and discretion.
