Responsibilities Provide high‑quality care and support to children and young people in a residential Child Sexual Exploitation service. Support children to achieve their personal best and to develop their independence and confidence. Implement individualized support plans and assist children in developing daily living skills. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, families and external agencies to safeguard and promote wellbeing. Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork in a timely manner. Adhere to safeguarding policy and act promptly when concerns are identified. Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience working with children in a residential or community setting. Strong commitment to person‑centred and safeguarding principles. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check and provide reference details for the last two years. Available for flexible working hours and on‑call duties when required. Benefits Hourly rate £14.50 + bonus and additional incentives. Overtime paid at 1.25 times. Refer-a-friend scheme – earn up to £1,000 per referral. Training and development plans including NVQs and career progression opportunities. Management Development Programme for progression to management roles. 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing with service. Paid sickness leave. On‑call / sleep‑in / disturbance rates.
