Are you an experienced Fire and Security Engineer looking for your next challenge? We’re expanding and looking for a skilled engineer to install, service, and maintain fire alarm, CCTV, intruder alarm, and access control systems across Somerset and surrounding areas.

The Role
As a Fire Alarm Service Engineer, you’ll:
* Install, service, and maintain fire alarms, CCTV, intruder, and access control systems.
* Perform fault finding, diagnostics, and system repairs.
* Carry out routine maintenance and emergency callouts.
* Complete job sheets and service reports accurately.
* Ensure compliance with current standards (BS 5839, BS 7671, etc.).
* Deliver high-quality customer service on every site visit.
Requirements
To be successful, you’ll need:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Fire & Security Engineer role.
* Strong knowledge of systems such as Texecom, Hikvision, Paxton, Advanced, Kentec, or similar.
* Full UK driving licence.
* ECS/CSCS card or equivalent (preferred).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Flexibility to travel and take part in an on-call rota.
