Caseworker Hub Manager – Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) TeamFull time – 37 hours per weekThis is an exciting time to join Solihull’s Education, Health and Care Plan Team as we continue to grow our service. We have an integral opportunity for a successful candidate to join our team as Caseworker Hub Manager.We are looking for a professional with experience with data systems and in special educational needs who is seeking a new challenge and responsibility in an exciting and fast-paced role. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will manage a team of Caseworkers supporting the EHCP Officers, Senior EHCP Officers and EHCP Team Manager in meeting the local authority’s legal duties and working processes.As a Caseworker Hub Manager you will:Manage a team of CaseworkersManage and develop data systems including the inputting, coordination, reporting and quality assuring of information within the EHCP Service, from a range of systems in line with the 0-25 SEN Code of Practice.Take the lead for the EHCP Service on Liquid Logic updates testing and attend wider Liquid Logic strategy meetings to represent the service.You will effectively be able to engage with parents, young people, schools and other professionals to contribute towards the efficient delivery and future planning of services.To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate:Educated to Level 3 in Business administration (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant subject or have the ability to demonstrate, through extended experience the necessary knowledge to carry out the full range of duties.Experience within an educational environment with knowledge and experience of statutory EHCP deadlines.Relevant experience of data management and inputting.Experience of using data to measure compliance with deadlines, including the use of reporting functions.Experience of identifying and improving service standards.Experience of managing/supporting one or more teams of staff.This is an incredibly rewarding role which will test your ability to manage multiple workflows and to prioritise and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
