We have an integral opportunity for a successful candidate to become Caseworker Hub Manager, leading a team of Caseworkers and supporting the EHCP Officers, Senior EHCP Officers and EHCP Team Manager in meeting the local authority’s legal duties and working processes. You will engage with parents, young people, schools and other professionals to contribute towards efficient delivery and future planning of services. The role requires management of multiple workflows and prioritising and communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders to facilitate positive outcomes for highly vulnerable children and young people. Responsibilities Manage a team of Caseworkers Manage and develop data systems including the inputting, coordination, reporting and quality assuring of information within the EHCP Service, from a range of systems in line with the 0‑25 SEN Code of Practice. Take the lead for the EHCP Service on Liquid Logic updates testing and attend wider Liquid Logic strategy meetings to represent the service. Qualifications Educated to Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant subject, or have the necessary experience to carry out the duties. Experience within an educational environment with knowledge and experience of statutory EHCP deadlines. Relevant experience of data management and inputting. Experience of using data to measure compliance with deadlines, including the use of reporting functions. Experience of identifying and improving service standards.
