Our institution is seeking to recruit highly talented and dynamic professionals to fill the position of **Hospital Manager.**The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring all operational and administrative hospital procedures are efficiently and effectively conducted, including creating work schedules, coordinating with doctors, managing budgets, and maintaining supplies stock. The incumbent will use strong organizational and leadership skills to supervise employees and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities. Oversee all hospital administrative and operational processes. . Ensure compliance with licensing bodies and MOH regulations including adherence to quality standards. . Supervise, train, and mentor facility staff to maintain excellent patient care and customer satisfaction. . Manage inventory, medical and office supplies, and equipment maintenance. . Monitor financial performance, billing accuracy and ethics, as well as cost-effective resource utilization. . Act as liaison with clients, client organizations, and other stakeholders. . Plan and facilitate staff training, on-boarding, and continuous professional development.QualificationsQualifications & Experience:. University degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.. Clinical background in nursing, pharmacy, medical, clinical, laboratory or dental fields is highly desirable.. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a senior administrative role..
