Our client, Durham County Council, is looking for a Team Manager to join their Childrens MASH Team. We are looking for a Team Manager for our First Contact/MASH team. The team is the first point of contact for new contacts about children, young people and their families in Durham. The MASH supports local safeguarding partners to share information and work together. Responsibilities listening and responding to staff and partners at all levels and from a range of different professional backgrounds interpreting information, data and intelligence communicating and giving feedback making informed and evidence based decisions creating a positive interface for all MASH practitioners and partners keeping pace in a fast moving multi-agency environment adhering to strict timescales Qualifications To undertake this role you must be confident in risk identification and response, and a skilled decision-maker, experienced in child protection social work.
