Overview We’re looking for a Paid Media Creative to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing scroll-stopping ads that drive results across Meta, TikTok and beyond. From bold graphics to dynamic video and motion content, you’ll create assets designed to perform at every stage of the funnel. You’ll take ownership of the full creative process - from developing concepts and storyboards through to delivering polished, platform-ready ads. That includes shaping visuals, integrating UGC, adding motion and animation, and adapting content for different placements and funnel stages. You’ll also keep a pulse on trends, review performance data and refine creatives to maximise impact. Collaboration will be key in this role. You’ll work closely with our Performance Marketing team to ensure every asset is innovative, on-brand and built with platform and purpose in mind - helping take our paid media to the next level. This role is based full-time at our Gateshead offices. Mon - Fri 37.5hrs/week. Key Responsibilities Design ad-first content for paid media campaigns, including static graphics, app demos, motion graphics, and AI integrated media. Edit and adapt UGC into performance-ready creatives tailored for TikTok, Meta, and other paid platforms. Adapt creative concepts into multiple versions across funnel stages (awareness, consideration, conversion) and platform placements. Interrogate briefs to ensure clarity, propose creative solutions, and identify the best way to deliver against performance goals. Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and UGC & Engagement Coordinator to ensure assets are delivered on time and to spec. Stay up to date with ad-specific best practices (formats, aspect ratios, captions, file sizes, competitor benchmarks). Version and iterate winning creatives into multiple variations (different hooks, CTAs, and visual approaches). React quickly to trends and deliver timely, platform-relevant ad creatives. Proactively problem-solve and self-direct, balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Review performance data alongside the Marketing Execs and Manager, using insights to refine and improve future creatives. Manage creative assets and maintain an organised file library for easy access and export across platforms. Skills & Qualifications Degree level or equivalent in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics or a related field. Experience working in fast-paced or agency-style environments, working to tight deadlines. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects). Experience with 3D elements (Blender, Cinema4D). Comfortable working reactively - able to quickly deliver new assets in response to trends and performance data. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to self-direct whilst also collaborating with the wider Performance team. Open and adaptable - comfortable with taking feedback and direction to refine creative work. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and keep creative files structured and export ready. Nice-to-haves Experience creating content specifically for paid media. Experience of using AI creative tools would be a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will be an experienced creative who is confident working across both video and static formats, and able to move quickly without sacrificing attention to detail. You’ll be proactive, organised, and collaborative - someone who can take ownership of projects while working closely with the wider marketing team to deliver high-quality, performance-driven creatives. You’ll also bring curiosity and a willingness to experiment, particularly with AI tools and emerging technologies. Experience using AI in creative workflows is a strong advantage, but a drive to learn and explore new ways of working is just as important.
