Clinical/Counselling Psychologist - Adult Autism Service Acting as a senior clinician within NELFT Adult Autism Service providing specialist diagnostic autism assessment, advice, and consultation to other service providers. Providing specialist post intervention services to individuals referred to the Adult Autism Service. Responsibilities To be responsible for organising and prioritising own and others workload in the day-to-day allocation of work. To deputise when required in the team manager’s absence. To have organisational knowledge relating to Trust protocols and procedures and adhere to them. To be responsible for providing accurate records of information required by the Trust for audit purposes. To ensure effective risk management at team level by accident/incident reporting, assessing risk and ensuring they are added to the Trust register when appropriate. Starting with Us NELFT places great importance on new starters being properly welcomed into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks, including mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process, new starters will also have the opportunity to meet the executive team, senior managers, and attend several drop-in sessions focusing on engagement, health and wellbeing, and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex. High Cost Area Supplement - Outer London This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £4,714 to a maximum of £5,941 per annum pro rata for part time).
