Exciting Opportunity for a HCPC Registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our Adult Pathway team. Job Title: HCPC Registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist Salary : £55,000 – £75,000 pro-rata (depending on experience) Hours : Part-time, 3 days per week Annual Leave : 27-32 days + bank holidays (pro-rated) Benefits : Health insurance, pension scheme, supervision, and CPD opportunities Contract : Permanent (subject to probation) Accountable To : Directors of Clinical Services DBS Check : Enhanced Level of Disclosure Location : Central London Why Join Us? Supportive Team : You’ll be part of a caring and collaborative team, with an Assistant Psychologist and dedicated billing team to handle the administrative side, so you can focus on what matters most—providing outstanding care to your clients. Clinical Diversity : Work with a diverse range of adult clients presenting with varied mental health conditions, from common psychological difficulties to more complex neurodevelopmental conditions. Key Responsibilities As a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist, you’ll provide specialist psychology services to clients at TCPC. Your responsibilities will include: Assessment, formulation, and delivery of evidence-based interventions for adults with mental health needs. Offering individual interventions tailored to the needs of each client. Working with clients from diverse backgrounds and addressing a broad spectrum of psychological challenges. Working at least one evening clinic per week to accommodate clients' schedules. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a psychologist with experience working with adults (18+) in either NHS or private mental health settings. Ideal candidates will have: Expertise in managing complex presentations and neurodevelopmental conditions. Training in therapeutic modalities like Schema Therapy , DBT , EMDR , or Couples Therapy (desirable, but not essential). The ability to adapt interventions creatively and flexibly to suit the unique needs of each client.
