You will build real world IP network environments, and provide critical feedback on the UI and UX of our solutions.In this on-prem Belfast-based position, you will be expected to be on site 3 to 5 days a week.**How you will do it*** Leverage JIRA and Zephyr Scale to document test coverage* Drive quality standards and procedures into the process from the start of development* Lead in the design and execution of test plan development* Develop, modify, and execute software test plans for new feature development* Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to write test scenarios based on requirements* Contribute as an embedded member of the sprint team with assigned stories* Track progress, open defects, and communicate burndowns status during the SDLC* Setup physical environments to verify new technologies, products, and defects**What we look for*** Around 3+ years of experience as a software test engineer* Experience with writing, developing, and executing a test strategy* Experience with troubleshooting best practices and procedures* Self-starter and independent worker* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical degree* Ability to setup and deploy either Windows or Linux environments**Preferred Skills/Experience*** Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Experience with access control or video surveillance systems* Wireshark knowledge for investigation monitoring* Time management and estimation skills as this role will require independent working.* Experience working in Agile environment**What we offer:**A comprehensive range of benefits including pension (up to 7%), flexible working hours, flexi times, life assurance, paid holidays, holiday purchase scheme, long service awards, free car parking, and many more.#LI-Hybrid#GOSIAYour buildings have a purpose.
