About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and developing strategic campaigns to grow brand awareness. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure content is well-planned, engaging, and aligned with the brand's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media channels, ensuring smooth operations and strong audience engagement.
  • Create high-quality visual assets and compelling content.
  • Develop and coordinate charity-focused campaigns, collaborating with external partners.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance to optimise future strategies.
  • Maintain and oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and approvals.
  • Support video and photography shoots, ensuring high-quality content production.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, identifying opportunities to enhance content strategy.

About You:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in social media management.
  • Strong content creation skills, with a focus on engagement and brand alignment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in community engagement and responding to online feedback.
