The founder-led team has built the fastest-growing natural energy drink in the UK and the largest brand in Europe. Known for their innovative approach to marketing and a dynamic brand persona that resonates with a broad audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy: Work closely with Co-founder, Head of Marketing, Marketing and Community Manager, and Media Production Executive to develop a cohesive content strategy that supports the marketing goals.
- Content Production: Manage all aspects of content creation, including planning, filming, editing, and posting engaging posts in multiple formats.
- Content Management: Oversee the scheduling and management of content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand values.
- Engagement and Community Interaction: Actively engage with comments, respond promptly to all direct messages, and build meaningful relationships on social media to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Performance Optimisation: Utilise analytics tools to monitor content performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise engagement and reach.
- Innovative Storytelling and Brand Advocacy: Craft compelling narratives that amplify our brand’s voice and ethos, pushing creative boundaries to build a strong community.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of digital content trends, particularly in video and social media, adapting strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Influencer Marketing: Building a community of passionate advocates on social via influencer marketing, manage paid and gifted influencer activity and attend our community events to capture content and support the team.
What you’ll need
- Experienced Creator in Multimedia Production: Hands-on experience in social media content creation and video editing, particularly with video-focused platforms like TikTok.
- Proficiency in video and photo editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Premiere Pro), Canva, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve is highly prioritised.
- Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability in crafting and implementing effective content strategies.
- Proactive and Independent: A self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and experimenting with bold, innovative ideas without the need for constant oversight.
- Analytical and Data-Driven: Strong capability in using analytics to guide content strategy and measure performance.
- Excellent Teamwork: Experience working effectively in teams, with a collaborative spirit ideal for a dynamic work environment.
- Adaptive and Resilient: Comfortable in a fast-paced setting, able to pivot strategies quickly and effectively manage multiple priorities.
