Overview Italian, English and Japanese speaking – Sales & Coordinator (Country Manager) A Japanese entertainment related company is seeking a Sales & Coordinator who speaks Italian, English, and Japanese fluently. You will support Sales manager who is in charge of Spanish market to start with, will responsible market together in the future. Details Sector: Sector Sales/Business Development Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: London Salary (Annual): £30,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on the experience) Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30-17:30 Location note: 5 days on-site PLEASE NOTE: THIS POSITION IS A 5 DAYS ON_SITE ROLE. The company is able to support work permit for the right candidate (5 years+ sales experience). Principal Duties Sales calls to Retailers, Distributors in the E.U and others. Marketing activities - conducts sales analysis, ad planning, sales forecasting Acquires licensing agreements (Sales activities to hardware and software makers) Translates product information, instruction, their website, and other business-related documents to and from Japanese/English/Italian. Performs interpretation as needed. In charge of drawing up, negotiating, and signing business related contracts. Researches patent related information within the game industry. Manages bank accounts and petty cash. Attends to resident officers, loan employees and expatriate personnel. Manages day to day activities with little to no managerial supervision Performs other sales-related duties for worldwide markets and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. Troubleshooting problems, answers questions from sellers and handles complaints. Desirable skills At least 1 year of office work experience, ideally sales related Total fluency in Italian, fluent English and Japanese (Ideally JLPT N2 or higher) Other European language ability (such as French, Spanish, German) are a huge bonus Experience to work/live in Japan is highly beneficial Interest in digital/gaming/entertainment industries could be advantageous Understanding of Japanese culture especially corporate environments Strong communication skills and flexible attitude Comfortable to work in the office 5 days/week #J-18808-Ljbffr
