Global Strategy Director – Consumer Healthcare Location: PHD, Greater London, England, United Kingdom About the Role Join PHD EMEA to work on Opella, Sanofi’s consumer healthcare division—a client worth over €36bn in global sales and driven by purpose. As a Strategy Director you will shape global communication strategies across 50+ markets, build strategic frameworks, guide local implementation, and establish a measurement‑driven culture. You will also integrate social strategy—including influencer marketing—into broader communications planning, ensuring campaigns are culturally relevant, insight‑led, and channel‑agnostic. Responsibilities Develop and execute global communication strategies for Opella, touching pain care, digestive health, allergy, and nutrition. Lead cross‑functional teams of strategists, digital specialists, and data experts to deliver evidence‑based solutions. Build and maintain measurement frameworks that track impact and ROI. Integrate social and influencer initiatives within overall plans, ensuring cultural relevance and insight‑driven execution. Collaborate with local teams to adapt global strategies to market nuances. Qualifications Strategic thinker with strong media planning experience across integrated channels. Experience in FMCG or consumer healthcare preferred. Proficient in leveraging data—audience segmentation, econometrics, and market insights—for planning. Background in integrated social strategy and influencer marketing. Outcome‑focused, collaborative, and enthusiastic about data‑driven and digital approaches.
