About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced support professional who is ready to take the next step into a Support Manager role, based in Kettering & Northampton. The position will be a split role, combining responsibilities as both a Support Manager and a Support Worker, offering a unique chance to stay hands‑on while developing leadership skills. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high‑quality care and eager to grow within a developing and expanding service. You’ll bring strong communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills, along with a proactive and supportive approach to working with others. While you may not have led a team before, you’ll have the confidence, initiative, and drive to step into a leadership role—and we’ll support you to build on your experience and grow your career. About the candidate Previous management experience in adult care Able to work alongside other Support Managers and Operations Managers Competent with IT At least 2 years of experience in adult care Able to manage staff effectively including staff issues in line with policy and procedures.
