What You’ll Be Responsible For Actively engaging with existing referral partners to bring in new customers to Lightspeed; Research and trend the enterprise app market to determine new apps, pricing & analyse competitive marketplaces; Develop, manage and maintain the pipeline to deliver the assigned territories market strategy; Achieving the channel sales quotas in assigned geographical regions; provide monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline reporting and forecasts from channel partners in the territory; Ensure high‑quality two‑way communication between channel partners and Lightspeed; Lead one‑on‑one screen‑sharing presentations as required; Manage and develop the onboarding of new partners, including training and go‑to‑market strategy; Bring in new referral partnerships through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification. What You’ll Be Bringing To The Team 3+ years of partnership/B2B experience (software sales experience preferred) focused on finding solutions for partners to increase revenue together with Lightspeed; Amazing negotiating skills while keeping the needs of customers, partners and the market in mind; Great understanding of the partnership landscape, especially within EMEA; A large stakeholder role in partnership strategy and collaboration with regional sales managers; Experience training, motivating and fostering relationships with potential partners; Thriving in a fast‑moving environment.
