As aCare Development Lead, you will be the face of the company undertaking all new enquiries and presenting the service to fit with people’s needs. You will be managing all new sales enquiries in the service and making sure we efficiently respond and look to convert enquiries into customers. In addition to this you will be supporting the marketing team with on the ground marketing, networking and brand awareness. To ensure we have a focus on presenting the company to new customers in the best way possible and making sure we onboard new customers efficiently and promptly. To make sure customers receive excellent quality care and support to keep them safe and comfortable in their own homes. Compassion, good communication and organisational skills together with a calm and caring manner are vital for this important role in our company. Responsibilities As aCare Development Leadyour key responsibilities will include: Undertaking all new care assessments and organising for care to start promptly. Collect all necessary signature and documents to enable care to start. Assess all aspect of care and identify any risks which would refrain Bluebird Care to take on the care package. Raise any concerns with the Registered Manager/Operations Director. To help the marketing team with on the ground marketing initiatives. Make sure Bluebird Care provides safe, effective, high-quality care that is responds to each customer’s needs and preferences. Make sure our services respect customers’ choices and always promote their dignity and privacy. Strong understanding of person-centred care, safeguarding, and risk management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers, families, and professionals. Proven ability to manage new enquiries, carry out initial assessments, and convert them into active customers. Business development and strong understanding of business growth Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow up promptly. Experience in working collaboratively with care teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. Confident in promoting services and supporting sales/marketing activities. Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, email) Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required, to meet business needs. A caring, compassionate, and professional manner.
