As our Solutions Engineer, you'll be at the heart of Ardoq's sales motion, helping customers see exactly how our platform drives impact. You’ll partner closely with our Account Executives to shape opportunities, design solutions, and deliver demos that win trust and accelerate deals. Your expertise will help customers connect their challenges to measurable outcomes, positioning Ardoq as their trusted advisor in navigating change. This is a role for someone who thrives on solving problems in real time, balancing technical depth with storytelling and turning conversations into business outcomes. Your work will directly influence how we grow across Europe and how our customers succeed with us. On a typical day, you will Team up with AEs to create new business opportunities and uncover upsell magic. Get under the skin of customer challenges, design smart solutions, and craft winning strategies (think MEDDPICC and beyond). Deliver show-stopping demos that wow customers and bring Ardoq's value to life. Prove Ardoq's impact, showcasing ROI and making sure we shine brighter than the competition. Solve tricky tech puzzles, guiding prospects smoothly through testing and evaluations. Share your secret sauce, spreading best practices and elevating presales excellence across the team. Bring data to life, turning pipeline insights into forecasts and strategies for success. What we're looking for Background in B2B SaaS solution consulting or presales. Ideally knowledge of Enterprise Architecture principles and tools. A natural storyteller who can connect complex technical detail to compelling business outcomes. Track record of aligning solutions with business needs and quantifying ROI. Solid understanding of complex sales cycles and how to navigate customer pain points. Excellent collaboration skills and comfortable working side by side with Sales, Product, and Technical teams. Resilient, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Effective at managing multiple customer engagements and priorities simultaneously. AI fluency: actively use AI tools to streamline your work, solve complex problems, and quickly adopt new approaches to improve outcomes.
