Job Title : Graduate Trainee Aviation Sales & Business Development Manager Location : Leeds, UK Salary : Competitive , dependent on experience About the Role Swift Temps is recruiting on behalf of their client, a global leader in aviation supply chain solutions, for a Graduate Trainee to join their Sales & Business Development management team. This graduate role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong attitude, keen to learn, and interested in building a career in aviation sales. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Identify sales opportunities and generate profitable business across the companys aviation portfolio. Prepare competitive quotations, manage catalogue and non-catalogue items, liaise with suppliers, and close sales in line with company policies. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for both ad-hoc and long-term contracts. Collaborate with senior management on proposals, major agreements, and strategic initiatives. Support contract preparation, agreements, proposals, and coordinate internal teams (Finance, Operations) to ensure customer commitments are met.
