We are looking for two Clinical Leads to work alongside each other and oversee our therapeutic provision, lead and support a team of psychotherapists, manage clinical governance, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based practice across our homes. You will hold a clinical caseload, provide supervision, contribute to assessments and formulations, and work closely with operational colleagues to ensure excellent care and outcomes for our young people.
