We are excited to advertise a part‑time post for a Family Support Practitioner within Ashfield North Family Hub. You will join a friendly and motivated team to provide family support services and parenting interventions to families with children aged under 19 years of age (up to 21 for children with additional needs) in the Ashfield North area. This can be in the families' home, a Family Hub building or a community venue. This is an exciting time to join the Family Hub team as we develop our service. The post holder will require a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in a relevant subject and 5 GCSEs at level A*‑C (including English) or equivalent. The post holder must hold a valid driving licence and have a vehicle available for use (unless disability precludes this). Appointment to this post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check. Disabled applicants who meet the essential shortlisting requirements will be guaranteed an interview.
