Lifestyle benefits include healthcare, pension, potential bonus, 27 days of leave plus bank holidays, the option to buy 5 additional days, tax saver tickets, a fitness centre and a subsidised cafeteria.What You’ll Do as a L&D Delivery Specialist – UKLocal Strategy & Insight Contribution: Conduct discovery research and training needs analysis to inform the UK market L&D strategy, working closely with the L&D Delivery Manager and stakeholders to shape relevant learning solutions.Programme Design & Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver impactful learning programmes for store and regional office colleagues, covering onboarding, technical skills, customer experience, career progression, and leadership development.Facilitation & Engagement: Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning events using a variety of delivery methods, ensuring high-quality experiences for colleagues at all levels.Operational Management & Logistics: Manage logistics, communications, and supplier relationships for in‑person training, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business needs.Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives, demonstrate ROI, and use data‑driven insights to continuously improve programme design and delivery.Systems, Partnerships & Innovation: Support the marketing and management of the learning management system, partner with P&C operations to ensure accurate tracking, and stay current with industry trends and technologies to enhance delivery.What You’ll BringProven L&D Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Learning & Development roles, with hands‑on experience designing and delivering a variety of training initiatives across corporate and retail environments.Learning Design & Facilitation Skills: Strong understanding of learning principles and best practices, with the ability to deliver engaging sessions using in‑person, virtual, and hybrid formats.Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration: Excellent presenter and facilitator with strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels and across multiple sites.Strategic Execution & Agility: Skilled in managing the timely delivery of strategic initiatives in fast‑paced, complex environments, with the ability to adapt to change and prioritise competing demands.Multi‑Site & Distributed Workforce Experience: Proven experience working across multi‑site environments and supporting distributed teams, ensuring consistent and impactful learning delivery.Passion for Development & Coaching Mindset: Deep passion for people development, with a proactive and coaching‑oriented approach; formal coaching accreditation is a plus but not essential.About PrimarkAt Primark, people matter.
