Potters Grange is a brand new, 20 bedded boutique care home, set in a convenient location in Hertfordshire on the border with North London’s Borough of Barnet

As a Care Assistant at Potters Grange you will show genuine kindness and empathy to our residents, making sure they are at the centre of everything you do.

Everyone is different and we celebrate individuality. You will deliver the highest quality personalised care to our residents in line with their individual care plans with the dignity and respect they deserve. If you can offer a natural warmth and wish to make a difference to our residents lives then we would love to hear from you.

You don’t need any qualifications or previous work experience, just a natural warmth and wish to make a difference to someone who needs you. Whatever your background, with our training and support we can build on all your skills.

Some duties will include:

* Being a caring and friendly companion to help our residents feel that Potters Grange is their home.

* Empowering and supporting our residents to make their own choices.

* Helping residents with their daily activities like washing, dressing, eating.

This role is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check for regulated activity.
